Alexander Hartl

Head of Institutional Germany and Austria, PIMCO

Alexander Hartl is Executive Vice President and Account Manager at PIMCO’s Munich office, where he leads the firm’s institutional business across Germany and Austria. Since joining PIMCO in 2006, Mr. Hartl has held key roles in the business development and business management departments, contributing to the firm’s growth and client success. With 19 years of investment experience, Mr. Hartl holds an Executive MBA from the European School of Management and Technology (ESMT) and a master’s degree in international business administration from Leopold-Franzens University in Austria. He also participated in a one-year exchange program at Tulane University in New Orleans.
