LPP specializes in small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across a variety of sectors, including industrial, e-commerce, energy, construction & crafts, and technology, primarily in the DACH region. LPP offers a wide range of services, including sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory, succession planning, capital raising, and corporate finance solutions. Currently based in Berlin, LPP has plans to expand with offices in Hannover and Munich.
