In our M&A Advisory business, we provide comprehensive support to buyers or sellers in the preparation and execution of corporate transactions or investments. We focus on the execution of buy- and sell-side mandates of small and mid-sized enterprises. In some situations, we also invest alongside our clients through our Principal Investment arm, either directly or by converting parts of our fees from our advisory engagement. This integrated approach to transactions delivers superior results and clearly sets us apart. Our clients include major private equity funds, venture capital companies, family offices as well as individual corporates. With our offices in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and London, we are present at the headquarters of many of these clients and at the same time close to their active and potential investments.
